The BSEC PERMIS Secretary General, Ambassador Lazar Comănescu received on 6 September 2023, Ms. Soňa Budayová, the new Consul General of Slovak Republic in Istanbul, on courtesy visit. The formal request for the renewal of the Observer status to BSEC of the Slovak Republic was submitted on this occasion by the Consul General.
